Key Points of Our 30-Day Guarantee

Applies When:

  • Product Condition: The product is in its original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Product Issues: The product differs significantly from what was ordered or has major faults, defects, or failures by the manufacturer.
  • Purchase Proof: The original purchaser has a valid, in-date receipt.
  • Size Issues: For apparel or safety items where the size does not fit.

Does Not Apply When:

  • Damage: The product is damaged not due to manufacturing faults.
  • Condition: The product is not in its original, new condition or packaging.
  • External Causes: Damage from natural disasters or other external factors.
  • Change of Mind: Returns for reasons of dissatisfaction or preference.
  • Misuse: Damage resulting from misuse.
  • Late Returns: Orders placed more than 30 days ago.
  • Unrelated Issues: Matters not related to product quality or performance.

Handling Faults

Minor Faults:

  • Minor issues such as squeaky chains or gear adjustments will be repaired but are not eligible for a refund.

Major Faults:

  • Major faults that cause serious damage or render the product beyond reasonable repair are eligible for a refund.

Warranty Information

Report any damaged bicycle components (e.g., frames, forks, handlebars) within 7 days of receipt. For more details, view our Warranty page.

How to Return an Item

1. Get Approval:

  • Obtain written approval from Burzerk before sending any returns. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded and will incur additional shipping costs.

2. Pack and Ship:

  • Ensure items are securely packed in their original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, no refund will be granted.
  • For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility. We will advise on any applicable shipping fees once your return request is approved.

4. Notify Us:

  • After sending your return, contact us with the tracking number to ensure the return is secured.

Return Eligibility

Online Purchases:

  • Return Window: Accepted within 7 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Must be unused, free from dirt or fragrances, and in original packaging.
  • Fees: Subject to a 20% restocking fee and a $200 return shipping fee (or a $50 drop-off fee at our Gold Coast location).

Purchased but Not Shipped:

  • Fees: Subject to a 12% administration fee for pre-orders and in-stock items.
  • Action: Contact us as early as possible.

Accessory/Replacement Part Returns:

  • Return Window: No returns accepted 30 days after receipt.
  • Condition: Must be unused.
  • Fees: Subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways.

Used Items:

  • Policy: No returns except in extreme cases of manufacturer error, still subject to administration/restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Examples: Batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards, gifted orders, open-box sales.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.

Sale Items:

  • Orders placed during sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) cannot be canceled.
